How To Get Started In 3 Steps

Scribe Genie is powered by AI that listens in to your patient visit and creates a note that is in your voice and summarizes your whole patient interaction - whether it's 10 minutes long or 100 minutes

1. Choose or Create A Note Type

Either create a custom note type or use a preset. You can also edit our preset note types. You can set a max word limit, copy-paste in an example of your note for the AI to emulate, change the order of different sections.

2. Press Record

Go to the "Record" section. Fill in the details: Add a patient name, choose the note type you will use, add additional context you want the AI to know about. Then when you and your patient are ready, simply record the visit.

3. Your Note Is Ready In Two Minutes

Once you finish recording, allow our AI a few moments to process the audio to create a transcript and summarize the video as per your note guidelines. You can find your visit and previous visits in the "History" section.

Do I need to install any software?

No, there is nothing to download onto your computer. To access the app, you simply need to log in using our Sign In page, which can be found at https://app.scribegenie.io

Is my data safe?

Yes it is. Any data is encrypted in transit and in storage. We follow guidelines to ensure HIPAA level protection. See our Security page for more information.

Can I try your service for free?

Yes you can. Every new user receives 3 free hours of recording credits

Can I cancel my subscription?

There is no subscription to cancel, our service is pay-as-you-go. If you have auto pay turned on, you may turn that off in the Credits section.

Will Scribe Genie work with telehealth?

Yes it will. In this case, you will need to have your telehealth session via speaker instead of a headset/headphones, so the Scribe Genie app can easily pick up the conversation between you and your patient.

What if my computer doesn't have a microphone?

If your computer doesn't have a microphone, the best alternative would be to use our app on your phone internet browser. From there, you can use your phone as a microphone when logged into the app. The recording will happen and Scribe Genie will transcribe it and it will be available for you on the web app on your computer as well, as everything is synced between your phone app and web app.
